CHILDREN
~ Our Spa does not cater to young children. In order to maintain a peaceful
& tranquil environment for all our guests, including you, we kindly
request they NOT accompany you during an appointment, unless they are
having a Spa treatment in which case they need to be accompanied by
an adult.
ARRIVAL
TIME
~ Please arrive at least a 10 mins prior to your appointment time. This
will ensure that you have time to check in, unwind in our lounge while
you enjoy a beverage of choice. Arriving late will deprive you of precious
treatment time. If at all possible, a phone call is always appreciated.
In the instance you are delayed we shall do our best to accommodate,
however your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying
our next guest.
As Newport Village is a busy complex, parking at ground level is not
always easy to find. However, we have plenty of complimentary underground
parking & if your appointment is longer than an hour we highly
recommend you park there. Parking is patrolled.
SPA
RESERVATIONS
~ Similar to a fine hotel, treatment times are reserved especially for
you. Therefore, any multiple appointments longer than 1 1/4 hour must
be guaranteed with a credit card or prepaid. Please note your
credit card will not be billed unless we have less than 48 hours cancellation
notice, at which time your card would be billed 50% of the service booked.
We thank you for your understanding that we earn our living by reserving
time for our clients.
SPA
PACKAGES
We kindly request that Spa Packages NOT be substituted. If, however
you were gifted a package you did not love, you have the option to use
the original dollar value amount towards any other a la carte services
from our service menu.
GIFT
CERTIFICATES
~ All gift certificates are non-refundable & have NO CASH value.
When using a certificate to make a reservation, please quote the certificate
number on the bottom. Please be aware when using your certificates,
no shows or less than 48 hours cancellation notice will result in the
certificate being REDEEMED NO exceptions please. All certificates are
valid for 10 months & not valid in December. Face value of certificate
can be used for services or product or combination there of. If you
wish to transfer your certificate to someone else or a re-issue of a
certificate is needed, a $5.00 fee will be charged. Thank you
for your consideration.
CELL
PHONES & PAGERS
~ Whenever possible in the Spa environment, please turn your phones
off or switch them to vibration mode so as not to disturb other guests.
SPA
WEAR
~ When necessary, clients will receive a garment bag in which to place
their clothing & personal items. To avoid any loss, leave your valuables
at home. When having body treatments, kindly bring along a change of
under garments. For a pedicure, remember to bring open toed sandals.
GRATUITIES
~ Gratuities are NOT included in our pricing & therefore are left
to the discretion of our guests. Kindly note our software program does
not allow us to process gratuities as part of a Visa or MasterCard
bill.

~ We kindly request that Spa Packages NOT be substituted & that
they are redeemed in one appointment. If you do not wish to have the
services you were given, we encourage you to try something new &
exciting! You can turn a specific package into a dollar amount for you
to use towards anything you choose.

GROUP
BOOKINGS
We welcome group bookings! A credit card is needed to hold all reservations
for multiple bookings. At least 7 days cancellation
notice or minimum charge will apply. For groups larger than 4 a 50%
deposit is required 7 days prior to appointment.
